About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a collaborative surgical services team. This position offers a supportive work environment, self-scheduling opportunities, modern equipment, and the ability to make a direct impact on patient care throughout the surgical process.

Available Shifts:

• Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Compensation:

• $34.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)
• $4.00/hr Night & Weekend Differential
• Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation Assistance Available (Case-by-Case)

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgical procedures
• Administer pre-operative medications and IV therapy
• Participate in surgical time-outs and patient safety protocols
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
• Recognize and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience
• Scrub and/or Circulating OR experience required
• BLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
