Quality Assurance Coordinator - Mesa! POST NUMBER: 475999

Vaco Arizona is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a leading organization in Mesa, AZ. This is an onsite contract role paying up to $26/hour, focused on supporting quality, compliance, and regulatory processes within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys documentation, audits, and ensuring standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and FDA/AATB regulations
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and support compliance updates
• Assist with internal and external audit preparation
• Review and maintain documentation (SOPs, logs, training records, supply records)
• Perform quality checks on records and correct errors
• Support monitoring of the Quality Management System
• Assist with investigations of deviations and quality issues
• Report compliance or documentation issues to leadership
• Handle sensitive donor/health information in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with team members to meet quality goals
• Adapt to changes in processes and quality systems

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 months experience with donor charts and tissue sample handling
