Bilingual QA/QC Project Manager (ASNT Level III - VT)

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual QA/QC Project Manager to lead quality control operations on semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This role oversees inspections, quality systems, and compliance across piping and installation scopes in a high-tech cleanroom (FAB) environment. Position Bilingual QA/QC Project Manager Location North Phoenix, AZ Type Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule Monday–Friday Pay Range DOE Responsibilities Lead and manage QA/QC programs, Quality Plans, and QAP documentation Oversee inspection activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards Perform and supervise visual inspections (VT Level 2) and welding quality verification Manage non-conformance (NCR) tracking, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions Coordinate and lead quality meetings, training, and development activities Oversee welder qualification, inspection readiness, and certification coordination Ensure proper equipment calibration and inspection processes Perform and verify inspections including: Material inspections Welding bead inspections Piping and P&ID verification Pressure testing and purge confirmation TIE-IN supervision Labeling (gas flow, weld bead, continuity, white label) Review test results, upload reports, and coordinate 3rd‑party inspections and final walkdowns Maintain complete QC documentation, turnover packages, and compliance records Lead and mentor QA/QC team members and inspectors Work in cleanroom/FAB environments, ensuring full protocol compliance Qualifications Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required) ISO 9712 VT Level 2 OR ASNT / Employer Qualified VT Level II (required) AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) required 5+ years of experience in construction QA/QC or quality management Strong experience in welding inspection, piping systems, and industrial construction Experience supporting semiconductor / TSMC / cleanroom environments preferred Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection processes, and documentation Proven experience leading QC teams and coordinating inspections Familiarity with FAB environments (white badge / red badge preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, high‑standard construction environment #J-18808-Ljbffr HotFoot Recruiters
