Our department’s global platform distinctively positions us to address the needs of both domestic and international clients. We continue to build on a practice base that, while very broad, is nonetheless refined to serve the unique industry, practice, and jurisdictional needs of our diverse client base.Candidates will have a minimum of 6 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience (particularly in the areas of banking, money services businesses, payment systems, FinTech firms). Experience with licensing/chartering, and knowledge of key financial services laws and regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, sanctions, third-party risk management, and consumer compliance). Enforcement experience is a plus.We are seeking candidates who possess a strong academic background and excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills, with strong attention to detail. Candidates must be willing to take on significant responsibility, have a strong commitment to client service and be diligent, proactive and team-oriented. Candidates must be admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
