Regulatory Reporting Analyst

Job Title

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or project management (or a combination of these).

Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting, specifically FFIEC 031 Call Report and FR Y-9C filings.

Strong understanding of financial statements and banking regulatory frameworks.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.

Experience working in a banking or financial services environment.

Familiarity with regulatory systems, data governance, and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings including the FFIEC 031 Call Report and FR Y-9C.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data used in regulatory reporting.

Collaborate with accounting, finance, and risk teams to gather and validate required data inputs.

Perform reconciliations between general ledger, sub-ledgers, and reporting systems.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to regulatory submissions.

Monitor changes in regulatory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with updated guidelines.

Assist in audit and regulatory examination requests by providing supporting documentation and analysis.

Identify and resolve data quality or reporting discrepancies in a timely manner.

Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives for regulatory reporting workflows.
