Employment Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Law Attorney in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocacy and committed to making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. This role involves handling sophisticated employment law matters and working collaboratively with accomplished colleagues. Duties Manage cases from pre-litigation to litigation. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree (J.D. / Juris Doctor) from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the state bar where based. Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus. Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
