SUMMARY OF JOB Responsible for the organization, management, and supervision of CSS personnel in providing for the clean and sterile supply and equipment needs of all patient areas, according to accepted aseptic techniques, policies, standards and procedures. CONNECTING TO MISSION: All individuals within the scope of their position are responsible to perform their job in light of the Mission and Values of the Health System. Regardless of position, every job contributes to the challenge of providing health care. There is an ongoing responsibility for ensuring that the values of Respect, Compassion, Justice, Hospitality, Holistic Approach, Stewardship and Collaboration are present in our interactions with one another and in the service we provide.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED 5 years of experience in sterile reprocessing CRCST required CHL preferred Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic techniques
