Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, Direct Hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA offers the chance to play a central role in complex litigation matters while working closely with legal professionals throughout all phases of the case lifecycle. The position provides meaningful exposure to legal strategy, case preparation, court filings, and litigation support activities in a collaborative environment. Successful candidates will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven setting.

Compensation:
$65,000 to $80,000 annually

Work Schedule:
Standard business hours; Hybrid schedule (Remote Monday and Friday, Onsite Tuesday through Thursday)

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:

• Support attorneys with comprehensive case management activities, ensuring matters progress efficiently from initial intake through trial preparation and resolution.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, filing, and tracking of legal documents while maintaining compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Analyze and organize case related information, including records, discovery materials, testimony summaries, and supporting documentation used in litigation proceedings.
• Maintain accurate case records, schedules, calendars, and electronic documentation systems to promote organization and timely case execution.
• Facilitate administrative and operational support functions, including meeting coordination, expense processing, timekeeping support, legal research, and communication management.

Qualifications and Skills for the Litigation Paralegal:

• Experience supporting litigation matters within a legal environment, including managing multiple active cases and competing deadlines.
• Knowledge of court filing procedures and legal document preparation for both state and federal jurisdictions.
• Ability to review, summarize, and organize complex documentation such as medical records, deposition materials, and discovery related information.
• Strong research, analytical, written communication, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency using legal technology platforms, document management systems, and standard business software applications.
