Job Title: Paralegal

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Paralegal to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, Direct Hire opportunity is based in Philadelphia, PA and offers the chance to work closely with legal professionals on active litigation matters and case management activities. The position plays an important role in maintaining efficient legal workflows, coordinating case documentation, and supporting the progression of matters from intake through resolution. Candidates who thrive in organized, fast paced environments and enjoy balancing independent work with team collaboration will be well positioned for success.

Compensation:
$60,000 - $75,000/year

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday during normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal:

• Coordinate the collection, organization, and review of case related records to support ongoing litigation matters.
• Analyze and summarize documentation, including medical and other evidentiary materials, to assist legal teams with case preparation.
• Facilitate communication with clients and involved parties to obtain required information, responses, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate case files while ensuring deadlines, priorities, and workflow requirements are effectively managed across multiple matters.
• Support legal operations by conducting research, preparing materials, and helping streamline day to day case management processes.

Qualifications and Skills for the Paralegal:

• Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a bachelor's degree paired with paralegal certification strongly preferred.
• Prior experience supporting litigation matters on either the plaintiff or defense side of legal proceedings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage billable work while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven research, analytical, and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency with standard business technology and familiarity with legal case management platforms preferred.
