Join a highly regarded construction firm seeking an Assistant Project Manager or Junior Project Manager to support luxury residential and commercial projects across South Florida. This role offers hands-on exposure to project leadership with a clear path toward Project Management.

Description
- Assist with the management of luxury residential and commercial construction projects
- Support project planning, budgeting, procurement, and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules and help ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with field and office teams to gain broad project experience.
Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Construction should have:
- Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager experience on 1-2 completed projects
- Background in luxury residential or high-end commercial construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Stable career history with a growth-oriented mindset
- Field experience.
