Job Description

• Support Project Managers with budget and schedule management
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with procurement and material tracking
• Participate in project meetings and stakeholder communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:

• 2-5 years of experience in project management support * General contractor experience required
• Commercial construction experience required
• Florida construction experience required
• Proficient in construction documentation and reporting
