Key Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing Every Day: Assisting AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues. Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone—no sales required. Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need. Requirements Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way. Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles is preferred. Thrives in a remote work setting with a stable work history, and is passionate about providing outstanding service. Holds a high school diploma or GED and is authorized to work in the United States. Can be flexible for occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages—because our customers count on us when it matters most.
