Customer Service Representative

Nelson Mazda is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on building relationships, we'd love to meet you.Compensation: $20/hour, based on experienceJob ResponsibilitiesManage the customer follow-up process to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.Utilize the dealership CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and communications.Answer incoming phone calls professionally and schedule service appointments.Confirm next-day appointments with customers.Complete daily task lists accurately and on time.Assign incoming leads promptly and accurately.Make follow-up calls after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate notes and customer interactions within the CRM.Provide outstanding customer service through professional, friendly, and timely communication.Support the Service Department with additional administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software quickly.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.Professional appearance and demeanor.Skills & CompetenciesOutstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.Strong verbal and written communication.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive, joyful, and professional attitude.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.Frequent use of computers, telephones, headsets, and other office equipment.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.Ability to lift and carry office materials weighing up to 20 pounds.Ability to maintain focus and professionalism while handling multiple tasks and a high volume of customer interactions.About Us:Nelson Automotive Group is currently operating out of Oklahoma and Tennessee.
