Location: West Chester, OH Pay Rate: $24.00 – $24.75 per hour Shift: 1st Shift: 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM | Monday – Friday | $24/hr 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM | Monday – Friday | $24.75/hr Run the Gear. What You'll Need

• GED or diploma (trade school = bonus)
• Experience running machines or working in production/warehouse
• Mechanical smarts — you know your way around tools and gauges
• Sharp eye for detail to keep quality tight
• Strength and stamina — lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet
• Team player who shows up, works safe, and gets it done

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Fire up and run machines to keep the line moving smooth
• Watch for problems, troubleshoot quick, and keep production on track
• Check quality and make sure every product meets the mark
• Handle setups, adjustments, and minor repairs when needed
• Work safe, work steady, and keep the floor running strong
