What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel and/or aluminum
• Work from blueprints and specifications to create high-quality products
• Maintain precision and attention to detail in every weld
• Follow all safety standards and procedures
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-focused shop environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (all levels encouraged to apply)
• Ability to read blueprints and execute work accurately
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
• Located within a 30-minute commute of Mason, OH
• Proven history of dependability and performance

What We Offer

• $22-$28/hour , based on your skills (evaluated through an onsite weld test)
• Choice of shifts : work 5a-330p or 330p to 2a
