What You'll Do Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on mild steel and/or aluminum Work from blueprints and specifications to create high-quality products Maintain precision and attention to detail in every weld Follow all safety standards and procedures Collaborate with a supportive, team-focused shop environment What We're Looking For Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding (all levels encouraged to apply) Ability to read blueprints and execute work accurately Strong work ethic, reliability, and team mindset Commitment to quality workmanship and safety Located within a 30-minute commute of Mason, OH Proven history of dependability and performance What We Offer $22$28/hour, based on your skills (evaluated through an onsite weld test) Choice of shifts: work 5a-330p or 330p to 2a Consistent work with overtime opportunities Competitive benefits package (medical, PTO, holidays, and more) A well-equipped shop and a team that has your back Opportunities to grow your skills and career Why Join The Armor Group?
