Phlebotomist
$17.75 - $25.92 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its London, Ohio location to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide patient service. The role operates Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm with rotating Saturday shifts, supporting diagnostic testing operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for diverse patient populations
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other analyses
- Enter patient data accurately and process billing information with timely payment collection
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain detailed patient and specimen information logs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and perform administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently or in teams
- Pass color blindness test and Ohio Department of Corrections background check
Compensation: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour
