Position Summary The Manager of CX Analytics leads the evolution of GEODIS’ client‑facing analytics, digital tools, and AI capabilities. This role manages a team responsible for delivering accurate, scalable reporting while building intelligent, insight‑driven solutions that enhance the customer experience. The person in this job acts as the bridge between data, technology and operations and ensures that GEODIS delivers a modern, proactive, and digitally enabled client partnership. Your role on the team Lead development and governance of all client‑facing analytics, dashboards, and ensure data accuracy, KPI alignment, and consistency across all systems Drive AI‑enabled insights to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and performance gaps Manage and develop a high‑performing analytics team with clear standards and direction Design and enhance digital client experiences that improve transparency and communication Partner with leadership to translate data into strategic recommendations and actions Standardize reporting frameworks, tools, and methodologies across accounts Act as the primary owner of analytics tools ecosystem (Power BI, SFDC reporting, AI tools, etc.) Other duties as required and assigned Supports GEODIS’ programs for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, Ethics, Compliance, CSR and Sustainability What you need 4–6+ years in analytics, supply chain, logistics, or data‑driven client experience roles Proven experience owning client‑facing reporting, dashboards, and data ecosystems (e.g., Power BI) Strong track record of data accuracy and governance Demonstrated exposure to advanced analytics or AI/automation initiatives Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and insights Strong leadership skills to develop and manage a team of analysts Strong communication skills to serve as the connector across Client Experience, Operations, IT and Engineering Strong technical skills to own the digital and data ecosystem What you gain from joining our team Access wages early with the Rain financial wellness app Free telemedical access to doctors and therapists through FirstStop Health available first day of employment Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days of employment Paid maternity and paternity leave Access to career development, employee resource groups, and mentorship programs Access to employee perks like fitness class discounts and free access to a relaxation and meditation app Free financial wellness programs Opportunities to volunteer and give back to your community + more!
