Sales Consultant

Preston Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious person to become a Sales Consultant This role provides support throughout the sales process, without actually closing the sale.

As a Sales Consultant you'll be the finishing touch on every sale — getting vehicles delivery-ready, guiding customers through paperwork, and making sure new owners leave confident in every feature of their vehicle. This role is a great launching point for someone ambitious who wants to build a career in automotive sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist the salesperson once a sale has been completed
• Get the vehicle ready for delivery
• Guide customers through the paperwork process
• Introduce customers to dealership personnel
• Demonstrate key vehicle features to the new owner
• Ensure every guest receives the highest level of customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
