Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document services in compliance with applicable regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS or MA required)
• Current state SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility required
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting
• Experience with dysphagia assessment and treatment
