This position is responsible for supporting the operation of our wholesale fine jewelry vault. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and allocate product to the proper channels within the organization
- Receive/retrieve orders and monitor fulfillment of the orders
- Create transfer transactions of the product in our proprietary ERP system
- Maintain accurate inventory and check for any discrepancies of the product or the data related to the product
Qualifications:
- Technological proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Accurate and consistent attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize workload
- Ability to comprehend detailed instructions and execute tasks as directed
- Able to collaborate with and support fellow team members
Preferred Experience:
- Maintaining inventory of high-value products
Salary Information: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
