Deputy Project Manager

Please note: Direct tolling industry experience is an essential requirement for this position. Applications from candidates without relevant tolling experience will not be considered. We’re looking for a Deputy Project Manager with direct tolling industry experience to support the successful delivery of projects in Los Angeles. Working alongside project leadership, you’ll help coordinate schedules, budgets, vendors, risks, documentation, and project deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed and projects on track. What You’ll Do Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, risks, and action items. Support budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and change requests. Work with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and documentation. Maintain risk and issue logs and elevate potential problems. Support quality, safety, and compliance requirements. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination, project support, or a similar role. Essential: Direct experience working within the tolling industry. Experience within infrastructure, technology, or engineering projects is highly desirable. Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. CAPM/PMP certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
