To learn more, please visit our website: Position Overview Join our team as a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain internal systems and data solutions that support our firm’s legal, operational, and reporting needs. This individual will play a key role in building scalable applications, managing data infrastructure, and delivering analytics that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role is integral to improving efficiency, data integrity, and technological innovation within the firm. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software applications that support case management, reporting, and operational workflows Develop and optimize SQL queries, databases, and data pipelines to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Build and maintain data analytics solutions to support KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting Integrate internal systems and third-party platforms to streamline data flow and automation Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices in handling sensitive legal and client information Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability Document system architecture, processes, and technical standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend technology enhancements as the firm grows Location Onsite 5 days a week in West Hollywood, no remote option Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and database design Solid experience with Java and object-oriented programming principles Experience with data analytics, reporting tools, and data visualization concepts Familiarity with Domo or similar BI platforms preferred but not required Experience working in a mid-sized organization or complex business environment preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Compensation $35 - $45 per hour Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan available Career Development: Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Health Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance Paid Time Off Free onsite parking We are an equal opportunity employer and offer competitive compensation and benefits, and opportunities for growth.
