About The Role:

• Lead design and construction phases, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met.

• Manage external design partners, coordinate meetings, and drive issue resolution.
\n
• Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and quality control.
\n
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear, professional communication.
\n
• Leverage digital tools and AI to increase project efficiency and innovation.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
\n
• Proven project management skills in mission-critical environments.
\n
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
\n
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
\n
• Skilled with construction management software such as Procore and MS Office.
\n

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications like OSHA, NFPA 70E.

• Experience with digital transformation and AI tools.
\n
• Ability to relocate within 1-3 months if needed.
