Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy sessions using secure technology platforms, ensuring ethical and professional standards are met.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client and their family.

• Engage in regular sessions with clients, monitoring progress, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary, and providing ongoing support.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team, sharing observations and insights during regular treatment meetings to optimize client care.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with in-house policies and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and young adults, who are facing mental health challenges. This includes treating conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. You will employ various evidence-based therapies, including forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to empower your clients and their families on their journey toward emotional stability and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent credentials allowing independent practice.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapeutic services to children, teens, or young adults.

• Demonstrated ability in performing various forms of CBT, especially within a telehealth framework.

• Effective communication skills and a strong teamwork approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
