Project Executive - Sustainable Infrastructure

What you will do Responsibilities Lead multimillion-dollar, multi-location energy retrofit projects at an executive level. Oversee ongoing delivery, measurement/verification, and post‑sale activities. Determine resource levels and monitor workforce to meet construction schedule milestones. Hire, retain, and manage on‑site staff in compliance with contract deliverables, budget, and timeline. Control scope and change creep, ensuring all changes are documented and approved before work proceeds. Implement site safety and security procedures and play an active role in the safety program. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project. Act as the single point of contact for large national energy retrofit projects across multiple locations. Collaborate with Area Delivery Managers, National Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure profitable execution. Manage detailed scope development, project costing/savings, and reconciliation continuously. Provide monthly financial status reports and participate in monthly project backlog reviews. Maintain compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and promote ethical business conduct. Champion and drive the safety program for employees and subcontractors at all levels. Qualifications 10–15 years of construction management experience with projects over $10M. \l i> Experience managing complex, large‑scale projects in a multi‑stakeholder environment. Proficiency in business development, project development, and construction management. Knowledge of project audit implications and strategic vendor relationships. Advanced knowledge of construction documents and safety, quality, and scheduling. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, including C‑level. Proficiency with scheduling software and applications. Ability to advocate for the customer using a strategic, long‑term approach. Benefits & Compensation Hiring salary range: $112,100 – $168,400. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
