Job Full Description

Are you ready to build something that truly makes a difference? Our client in Tualatin is expanding rapidly and looking for 20 motivated Assemblers to join their team in creating world-class HVAC air handling systems that power hospitals, schools, data centers, and more across the globe.

Three-month evaluation-to-hire opportunity!

Duties:

Assemble air handling units and subcomponents using hand and power tools.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues.
Assemble industrial air solution units from the ground up
Ability to use Impact Driver and Power Drill and drill into steel
Use of alcohol to clean off metal and outsides of units as needed
Use a caulking gun to secure all air units inside and out to prevent water leakage
Comfortable getting on a 4ft step ladder
Operate scissor lift to install in high-reach areas

Qualities, Skills, and Physical Abilities:

Able to be on your feet for 10-hour shifts while wearing steel-toed boots or shoes on concrete
Able to consistently use an impact driver, power drill, and a caulking gun throughout the entirety of the shift
Flexibility to work in other departments as needed, based on workflow needs
Safety-minded and attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
