Requirements Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 10–15 lbs. and stand for extended periods Basic math and communication skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties Pick and pack products accurately based on customer orders Assemble and label boxes for shipment Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and order fulfillment goals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
