Chief of Staff

Overview

We’re seeking a Chief of Staff who want's to build and operate the best business practices in the robotics industry. This role will involve working directly with the executive team focusing on business activities including HR, legal, operations, and compliance. You will have a rare opportunity to join a startup with huge potential upside and build a business from the ground up. We are looking for an extremely driven individual with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve and manage HR conflicts.
• Build company HR docs including handbooks and standard procedures.
• Manage legal compliance working with our legal team.
• Manage accounting practices and reports with our accounting team.
• Ensure and manage business compliance.
• Payroll management.
• Workplace compliance and enforcement.
• Project management/Executive assistant work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business (MBA preferred).
• Knowledge of C-Corp compliance requirements.
• Extremely organized.
• Accounting knowledge/excel.
• Project management and organization.
• Leadership and communication.
