About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP for Global Payments Transformation to spearhead the strategy, modernization, and execution of enterprise payment technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payment transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the development of innovative domestic and international payment capabilities. This pivotal role involves leading the implementation of various payment technologies, including cross-border and real-time payments, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable payment solutions. The SVP will also be tasked with evaluating emerging technologies, driving operational excellence, and ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management in the payment space. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in payments, banking technology, fintech, or financial services, with a strong background in payment operations, infrastructure, and international payments. The role requires expertise in enterprise technology implementations, payment architecture, APIs, compliance, fraud prevention, and operational controls. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs within regulated financial environments, as well as the ability to manage strategic vendor relationships and influence executive stakeholders. Leadership experience and a deep understanding of payment technology, including SWIFT, ISO 20022, FX, treasury, and digital modernization, are essential for this position.
