About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Liquidity Solutions Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management and development of a new virtual account management product, with a focus on aligning it with the company's on-balance sheet deposit options. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including vendors, technology, sales, and project managers, to ensure the product meets strategic vision and success criteria. The Senior Product Manager will also be involved in product life cycle activities, supporting sales in new opportunities, and maintaining awareness of industry trends to enhance the product set. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years' of experience in a product management, operations, service, or business analysis role within the wholesale or transaction banking market. A goal-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate across the organization, the role requires strong communication skills, the ability to interact effectively at all levels, and the capacity to excel in complex situations. Technical skills include a working knowledge of industry cash management standard payment file formats, investment vehicles, and bank systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, and possess strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
