Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business (MBA or JD preferred). 6–10 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, law, or financial consulting. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution skills. Experience leading projects or small teams. Certifications such as CPA, CFA, CVA, or AM&AA are a plus.
