Shelter Operations Manager - Facilities, Safety & Staffing
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of the 801 East Collaborative Facility. You will manage a team and ensure a clean and safe environment for shelter guests. The role includes significant leadership responsibilities, supervising up to seven Program Supervisors. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of management experience in homeless services or 7 years in lieu of a degree.
