Shelter Case Manager — Housing & Empowerment
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Shelter Case Manager to provide onsite case management services. The role involves creating individualized goals to assist clients in exiting the shelter, documenting progress, and connecting clients to resources. Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in social services. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
