Hyundai Sales Manager

Nashua Hyundai is looking to add a Sales Manager to its Management Team! We are in search of an individual who is self-motivated with a vision and the adaptability for modern practices. The right individual will either have experience in a management position or a top performing sales representative.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Hire, train, manage and lead a team of automotive sales representatives



• 
  

  Set sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotas



• 
  

  Lead a sales team in prospecting potential customers



• 
  

  Ability to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards



• 
  

  Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
