Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Tucson, AZ. The role involves representing injured clients with compassion and efficiency, offering opportunities for professional growth. Duties Represent injured clients with compassion and efficiency. Evaluate potential new client case facts. Comply with legal processes and inter-office protocols during client medical treatments. Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor settlement disbursement finalization. Perform management and leadership functions. Requirements Membership in the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness. Previous plaintiff personal injury experience preferred. Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting. Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism. Education Juris Doctor degree. Certifications Arizona State Bar membership.
