Experienced Family Law Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney in Tucson, AZ. This role offers a hybrid work setting, combining in-office and remote work. The attorney will handle a diverse caseload primarily focused on family law, with opportunities to expand into estates, trust, or guardianship areas. Duties Handle family law matters from initial case strategy through resolution. Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials throughout Arizona. Draft and argue motions, prepare memoranda and briefs. Conduct legal research and develop sound case strategies. Provide clients with clear, honest legal advice. Negotiate settlements and counsel clients through complex situations. Collaborate with paralegals and staff to maintain strong client service. Contribute to firm process improvement. Requirements Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing. Demonstrated family law experience, including courtroom appearances. Estates, trust, or guardianship background is strongly preferred. Strong commitment to advocacy and client service. Excellent legal writing and analytical skills. Reliable, professional, and organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Self-motivated and interested in building a career within a growing firm. Ability to travel for court appearances throughout Arizona. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Arizona Bar admission. Skills Strong legal writing and analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in managing complex cases and deadlines.
