FLSA Status: Non‑exempt Summary Under general supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work at a fast‑moving and consistent manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Keep area neat and clean. Read and use a tape measure. Read blueprints and orders. Communicate well with coworkers. Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools. Competencies Strong work ethic. Ability to work quickly and methodically. Understanding of safety procedures. Qualifications Less than high school education; or up to one‑month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
