Bilingual Pharmacy Tech Support Remote (11a-8p ET)

IQVIA is seeking a 100% remote Bi-lingual Pharmacy Tech Rep to support patients, pharmacies and medical professionals from home. You will provide payment assistance solutions, such as co-pay cards or vouchers, and handle program eligibility and claim explanations.
The role is full-time, requires a Pharmacy Technician background, HIPAA certification, and call center experience; English/Spanish bilingual. Shifts include 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST through 11:00 am–8:00 pm EST.
