Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Rep (Work from Home)

IQVIA seeks a remote pharmacy support call center representative to assist patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals with payment assistance programs. The role involves fielding requests related to card activation, program eligibility, and claim troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other contact methods
- Assess customer issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
- Document relevant information and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
- Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management as needed
- Work 40 hours weekly across available shift windows
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy technician experience required
- HIPAA certification
- 3+ years of call center experience preferred
- Medical claim processing experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
