Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support a broad range of HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data management, compliance with HR regulations, and a seamless employee experience. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, experience working with HR systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This position will partner closely with the HR team to support day‑to‑day operations across multiple HR functions. HR Operations & Systems Maintain and update employee data across HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and other internal platforms, ensuring accuracy and data integrity Manage employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Support HR reporting by generating and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports Assist with organizational chart updates and internal employee data tracking Support administration of employee training programs, including tracking completion, maintaining training records, and coordinating logistics in collaboration with the HR team Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks, new hire data entry, and document management Administer Form I-9 and ensure timely and accurate completion in compliance with federal requirements Assign and track completion of required onboarding and compliance trainings Prepare employee documentation, including offer letters (based on approved terms) and termination paperwork Ensure all employee lifecycle changes are accurately reflected in HR systems Recruitment Support Support interview scheduling by coordinating availability across internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure timely interview logistics Assist in preparing offer letters and supporting documentation Benefits Administration Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, retirement (401(k)), and leave of absence programs Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing timely and accurate information Coordinate benefits processes such as enrollments, changes, and open enrollment activities Assist in the administration of leave programs, including LOA and ADA‑related processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support benefits‑related processes Compliance & Administrative Support Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws related to HR processes and documentation Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including ad hoc projects and process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in an HR support, coordination, or operations role Experience working with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred) Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management Prior experience supporting payroll processing is preferred Familiarity with employment laws and regulations (e.g., I-9, LOA, ADA) High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self‑driven with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks with minimal supervision Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible time off and paid holidays.
