HR Coordinator position at Insight Global in Lake Forest, CA. Support Employee Relations, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits & Leaves of Absence, staffing, and employment functions. Responsibilities Navigate the new hire lifecycle, onboarding, and offboarding paperwork. Maintain employee files, including I‑9 verifications. Manage and resolve workplace incidents and employee relations issues. Handle the HR offer lifecycle: draft job offers, negotiate compensation, obtain offer approvals, complete internal new hire forms, run background checks, and file new hire documents. Ensure new hires comply with HR policies. Execute the recruiting lifecycle: post internet openings, align job descriptions with hiring managers, perform passive recruiting, manage employee referrals, and collaborate with staffing agencies when budgeted. Schedule and ensure timely interviews. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite. Experience with data entry across various portals and forms. Excellent multitasking and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proven problem‑solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment. Well‑organized with excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Professional written and verbal correspondence.
