Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador , you will represent GG Media and the brands we work with through professional, face-to-face interactions. You will help create positive brand experiences, communicate key information clearly, engage with potential customers, and contribute to the success of ongoing promotional and brand initiatives.

The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, confident, and eager to learn. Previous experience is not required, as training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and assigned brands in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with customers and prospective clients through direct, in-person communication
• Clearly communicate brand information, services, and key messages
• Build positive relationships and create memorable customer experiences
• Assist with brand activations, promotional campaigns, and company initiatives
• Answer general questions and provide accurate information to customers
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve future campaigns
