As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! Job Description As described above, your responsibilities include engaging guests using the AEO Selling Model, educating them on product details, introducing the AEO loyalty program, flexing across sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, proactively resolving guest concerns, and working collaboratively with the team. Your Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits to meet their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist team members to get the job done. Act with integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures. You’d Be Great For This Role If You love interacting with people. You have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Pay / Benefits Information Actual starting pay is determined by experience and location. Eligible employees may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards.
