Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

$2,500 Sign‑On Bonus

WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Clinical Support — take vitals, document in EMR, perform point‑of‑care testing

* Immunizations & Injections — administer vaccines and medications

* Phlebotomy — draw blood and prepare lab specimens

* Patient Education — support diagnostic testing and wellness coaching

* Clinic Flow — prep rooms, manage patient flow, assist front desk

* Care Coordination — referrals, care gaps, outreach

* Safety & Compliance — maintain infection control, HIPAA, QA standards

* Participate in team meetings, training, and clinic performance goals

WHAT YOU BRING

* High School diploma or GED

* Graduate of an accredited MA program

* MA certification (AAMA preferred)

* Phlebotomy experience

* 2+ years’ experience (primary care or urgent care preferred)

* EMR experience

* Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills

$22.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
