Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and update account information in the database. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs. Qualifications

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, patient, and empathetic disposition towards customers.
