What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll help provide a positive client experience from the initial consultation through enrollment and ongoing service.

  Client Service & Support

• Meet with prospective and existing clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Listen to client questions, needs, and priorities
