Senior Client Services Representative

Supporting financial advisors and their clients with day-to-day account servicing, the full-time Senior Client Services Representative will manage account applications, money movements, and operational inquiries in a remote capacity for West Coast clients. Key responsibilities Provide professional support to financial advisors and clients, addressing account-related questions and operational issues Process new account applications and handle money movements, including distributions and transfers Navigate custodian and broker-dealer platforms to ensure accurate and timely completion of requests Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in an RIA, custodian, broker-dealer, or wealth management environment Hands-on experience with account processing, transfers, and NIGO resolution Familiarity with major custodians or broker-dealers such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Morgan Stanley Experience with industry technology such as Salesforce or Orion is a plus Professional phone presence with a client/advisor service mindset
