School-Based Health Partnerships Lead (Grant-Funded)

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Specialist III - School Based Health Partnerships to lead collaboration between district health services and community partners to expand campus-based healthcare, dental, physical, and behavioral services. The role manages program implementation, monitors grants, and coordinates with nurses, health staff, and external partners to improve student wellbeing and achievement.
