And to make sure that our newest sales team members have the greatest opportunity to succeed, we are going to guarantee each of them $3,000 per month for the first three months of the job while they get up to speed, find their place on the Fusz Team, and learn the Fusz processes and technologies. If you have the relational skill sets and the determination we are looking for, but aren’t necessarily experienced in automotive sales, we have the training and development programs in place to help you succeed at our Network. Many of our great salespeople have come from different backgrounds such as industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, Business-to-Business (B2B), restaurant servers and bartenders, cell phone sales, inside and insurance sales, and even rental car counter associates, just to name a few.
