Customer Service Specialist Qualifications: Work with a sense of urgency; demonstrate timely and thoroughly execution Upbeat & outgoing mindset with positive energy Interacts successfully with individuals and also teams Maintains fruitful customer connections Prior customer service or sales experience Interacts successfully along with all amounts of management as well as staff members Ability to work effectively independently and within a team to perform all tasks as assigned High school diploma or equivalent 1 year prior sales coordination or customer support experience Prior SAP experience is a plus Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks when priorities shift Customer Service Specialist Tasks & Duties Drive decisions that support internal/external programs, customers and product/order commit dates Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer materials. Complete sales transactions and new account registrations Manage time with customer efficiently and effectively Provide timely communication, leadership, and continuous feedback towards process improvement. Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.
